Our Projects
Our work is shaped by the needs of families in our community. Each project is designed to provide practical support, build confidence and create meaningful connection.

Can-Do Cwtch Drop-ins
A warm, welcoming space for families to come together, ask questions and feel supported.
No pressure, no judgement, just connection, guidance and time to talk.

Project P (Pilot)
Project P is a small-group programme for children aged 8–12, designed to build confidence, connection and communication through meaningful local projects.
Children work together on simple, shared activities that create a natural space for interaction, teamwork and self-expression, helping them feel more confident in themselves and with others.
BLOOM
A sensory and communication toolkit designed to help families understand their child and support them in everyday life.
BLOOM brings together movement, sensory development and communication in a simple, accessible way.
Can-Do Together
(with Mencap)
A supportive group programme for families, delivered in partnership with Mencap.
These sessions help parents feel more confident, understand their child’s communication, and leave with practical ideas they can use straight away.

Supported by The National Lottery
Our work has been made possible thanks to funding from The National Lottery Community Fund (Wales), supporting us to bring early, accessible support to more families in our community.
